Whenever possible, follow medical device cleaning protocols in your facility as well as warning labels on cleaning solutions to prevent or minimize damage during the process. This is the original, “True Blue” T-Clamp by Dravon. Hospital and other medical personnel use this clamp to secure towels, drapes and sponges. A special nylon formulation makes the Dravon clamp strong yet lightweight. This inexpensive clamp costs only a fraction of its metal counterparts.
The T-Clamps will perform at maximum strength when used for the first time. With any plastic device, repeated exposure to heat and chemicals during the cleaning/disinfecting and/or sterilization procedure will cause a loss of clamp strength over a period of time. You must remain alert for any weakness that may occur if this clamp is reused.
Do not use T-Clamps to occlude tubing. Use Dravon's A-Clamp for this purpose.

The Tego Connector creates a mechanically and microbiologically closed system when attached to the hub of a catheter. It eliminates manipulation of the catheter hub while attaching or removing blood lines. Simply disinfect the Tego by swabbing before each access!

CardioMed's Y-Adapter features two male luer fittings that combine to a female fitting. All fluid paths are covered with a clamp. The adapter is packaged sterile with protective caps.
CardioMed’s unique Endotracheal Ventilation Catheter (ETVC) provides prolonged intraoperative jet ventilation, maintenance of tracheal access following extubation, and allows for a clear pathway for reintubation. By passing the ETVC through an existing endotracheal tube and leaving it in situ, clinicians are able to maintain access to the airway at all times. CardioMed’s angiography balloon catheter is the device of choice for angiography injections. Soft, flexible, and kink-resistant, this catheter allows for easy access to coronary blood vessels. Used to inject a radio-opaque contrast dye into the blood vessel, this catheter is made of extruded radiopaque polymeric tubing with two separate lumens in the body of the catheter. The distal end of the injection lumen contains multiple holes situated in two rows on opposite sides of the catheter. The second lumen is used for balloon management. Every Angiography Catheter kit includes one EO sterilized catheter and a syringe.

Aortic Arch Cannula
This 26 cm cannula has a special 135º curved tip with side holes. The fixation bump provides positive retention in the ascending aorta. The proximal end accepts a 3/8” connector.
Pediatric Aortic Cannula
This 20 cm cannula is specifically for use in pediactric open heart surgery. The proximal end accepts a ¼" or 3/16" connector. The distal tip is beveled at 45º and curved at 105º.

CardioMed’s aortic root cannulae allow for the delivery of cardioplegic solution via the aortic root with simultaneous air aspiration, thus preventing coronary artery embolization. A valid aid in open-heart surgery, aortic root cannulae are available in both adult and pediatric versions. The adult model of this device features a second, separate lumen which permits the removal of air from the aortic root after release of the aortic cross-clamp.
A special Class IV medical grade, DEHP-free PVC plastisol gives CardioMed cannulae kink-resistant thin walls and an ultra-smooth finish which maximizes blood flow.
In an independent flow rate study, CardioMed’s 20Fr. Arterial Perfusion cannulae were tested against one of the best 20Fr. models available from the competition. The study showed that, at 91.5 cm H20, CardioMed cannulae achieved a flow rate of 3.57 L/min while the equivalent competitor’s cannulae had a flow rate of 3.42 L/min.

BioSeal CVC is a powder that quickly achieves hemostasis. The powder ingredients are a hydrophilic polymer and potassium ferrate. The mechanism of action is a simultaneous two-step action whereby the hydrophilic polymer rapidly dehydrates the blood and absorbs exudate while the potassium ferrate binds with the blood proteins to create an occlusive seal.

HighFlow sets the bar for tunnelized dialysis catheters. The Y-TEC® procedure is a system of instruments and disposables to enable the interventional nephrologist to implant peritoneal dialysis catheters easily, accurately, and with a very high degree of confidence and success. The specially designed 2.2mm diameter Y-TEC® scope enables the nephrologist to enter the peritoneum with minimal trauma and discomfort to the patient. The VanishPoint® safety IV catheter utilizes patented automated retraction technology similar to that of the VanishPoint® syringe and blood collection tube holder.
